Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

Nicest guys I've ever met. Took me in late in the day, diagnosed the problem with my F150 and even though I was at their mercy being from out of town and all, their charges were very reasonable. Thanks for a great job!

Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair.
