I was driving on the turnpike at approx. 75 to 80 mph and the vehicle dropped in speed to around 40mph unexpectedly and pressing on the pedal would not accelerate the vehicle. I brought it in to Rikers since my regular dealership was booked and within an hour they were able to diagnose the issue, which was that the vehicle went into limp mode as the oil level was a bit low. I dealt with Tylor who indicated that they top off the oil and didn't even charge full price for the diagnostic test, I was very please that they didn't give me a run-around and was honest with me. For this very reason is why I will be returning to Rikers for any future issues with my vehicle.
