the worst service ever , i wanted to buy a bottle of power steering fluid if they would top it of for me , the fluid cost $1795 but because no one was willing to help me i did not buy it . they all acted like they never saw a BMW before and no one knew how to put the fluid in . so i left and went to Advance auto and was treated great . auto zone had a bunch of dummies working for them .

I would never use this shop! Everytime I called to learn the status of the car repair I got a different answer. When the insurance company inspected the car the shop had not fixed parts that had been paid for. The process went on and on and I never felt they were honest. They even started to work on the car without proper authorization.

What a great experience I took my 2009 Mercedes S550 to get repaired the service was great. They called with status updates and its also a one stop shop enterprise and geico are there it was perfect. I did read all the bad reviews so I was a little worried but from the moment I walked in I realized they must be under new management, and I was told that they are. I was very impressed with this shop. Upon scheduling an appointment to have my vehicle repaired, Frank had already pulled my claim number and had obtained the necessary information. He immediately ordered the parts and began working on my car. What was supposed to be a 3 week repair turned into less than 1 week. Frank even stayed until 7pm to make sure the job was done right. Again, these guys work hard and pride themselves on producing quality work. Highly recommended!
