Be careful with these guys, I brought my car to them with a overheating problem and they managed to get the car to not even start anymore. I even told them all it needed was a fan(which it still does). I was told my computer was bad so I would not be able to drive it without replacing it, with the excuse they were able to wire up my ignition to the battery to get it to start and "fix" the overheating issue. At the end of the day I spent over $500 dollars and had to tow my broken car away. Over the weekend I was able to fix this issue within 15 mins and get my car running by fixing the shorted wires on the computer they exposed and turning the key.... They had my car all week racking up hours for there so called "labor" and half ass repairs, will never go here again.

Horrible cusomer care! I am a forigner also and have no problem with accents. It is the rudeness and unsanitary physical appearance of the owner that bothers me. If you want to be yelled and have your car trashed this is the perfect place for you. After 2 weeks of nothing but smoking inside of my car I had to take the car to another shop. He did not charged me but on my way out he yelled one more time. I know what is wrong and fix it for $900. Once I got home I noticed a bunch of missing screws and panels not put back the right way and some bucher job on wiring. What a horrible way to run a business!

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!

I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? We will charge you for work that is not done to your car, and have no problem lying directly to your face. We at Tilden won’t install any new parts into your car because we don’t take out any old parts….this is a big part of my scam! ? You all are fools and that you do not know anything about auto repair. We’re big on bait and switch; it’s a great money maker. ? At the end you will be furious with all tactics and lies I use to rip you off. I do not care one bit about you or your families’, or the public’s safety for that matter. ALL I WANT IS YOUR MONEY period and I will do and say anything I have to get it from your wallet or purse! I mean who has the time to go to court, pay more money for the forms and then take time out of work to appear. I promise you that I will lie in court as the laws of Florida do not apply to me lol. The law makers are fools!! ? Go and complain to the BBB or the Florida AG office, all I have to do is deny that any of this ever happened and they will close the case. LOL, the system is perfectly rigged for a guy like me…I love it…SWEET!! Ha Ha Ha ? All I had to do was pay for the franchise fee: of only $29,900 from the President of Tilden Car Care, Robert Baskind (New York). Bob does not care at all how I run my scam business as he already got his money. I promise you that he will do nothing at all about your complaints when I flat out lie and steal from you. ? We do not care about repeat customers, just let me screw you over once and I’m happy, I’ve done my job. I just move on to the next one that’s all.
