Overheating issue
Be careful with these guys, I brought my car to them with a overheating problem and they managed to get the car to not even start anymore. I even told them all it needed was a fan(which it still does). I was told my computer was bad so I would not be able to drive it without replacing it, with the excuse they were able to wire up my ignition to the battery to get it to start and "fix" the overheating issue. At the end of the day I spent over $500 dollars and had to tow my broken car away. Over the weekend I was able to fix this issue within 15 mins and get my car running by fixing the shorted wires on the computer they exposed and turning the key.... They had my car all week racking up hours for there so called "labor" and half ass repairs, will never go here again.

car inspection and repair
I bought a used car; nice one. Went to Mike Roys to have them go over it. They flushed the fluids of the car resulting in the windsheild washer no longer holding cleaner. They then told me the freon was low...overfilled it and caused a leak in the compressor. They decided the car needed work but missed completely (in writing) what needed work. They charged $51 for new wipers that leaves streaks on the winsheild with residue and have refused to fix what they broke. BBB gives them an A+ rating...even with proof they damaged the car. Dont believe a word of it; while they offer "free" inspections it is a ploy and ANYTHING but free! Dont let your mother, daughter, or wife go near this shop!
