The guy told me the price on the phone for the inspection and when I towed th3 car to this store it was more all of a sudden with "supplies" and sales tax. Knowing that the car needs an OEM battery beforehand he still decided to "inspect" and force me to tow it there and pay a fortune. The prices are even higher than at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. I don't recommend this auto shop to any potential client unless you want to waste your money. Check the amount on your service order before signing it because that's their bargain to force you to pay or pay more to tow your car without fixing it which is what I decided to do.

They replaced brake parts on a Mercedes and he was happy. My Tesla front end was squeaking like a haunted house and knocking so he sent me to Rapid Auto Care to replace upper suspension control arms. They did a great job, car was ready when promised and price was great. I spent $$$$ at Tesla and they couldn't fix it but Rapid Auto Care did and it is still quiet and tight. Very happy with the service and I will return.
Bought new tires and they put the new ones on then broke studs off whe... read more Bought new tires and they put the new ones on then broke studs off when putting them back on with an impact gun instead of a torque wrench and made me pay for it. Place is a joke everyone working there is on drugs. I wouldn't be surprised if they were selling them out of the back.
