If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Great service for anything auto glass repair - and they come to you! 100% Mobile!!!

To begin with I was quoted $130.00 to get my windows tented w/ my windshield strip included. Instead I was charged $150.00 to have the job left undone. I was also told that it would only take about 2 hours...3 hours later I still have a portion of the car (windshild strip) undone. I was told by "Jay" "come back by in a couple of days & I'll finish it for you"! So I did, and things came up, that's cool I understand stuff happens! However, what I don't understand is a months worth of EXCUSES!!! So upon my last visit (appointment) there I'm told as I walk in the door "I forgot about you", that's nice to know. So as I'm waiting patiently as I"ve done for about a month now, I was starting to get aggervated about the whole mess. While on the phone talking to my husband telling (venting) to him, Jay walks out of the back and says "go somewhere else to get it done, I hear you talking trash". Wow really, that's the way to run a business, not that it was really running great anyhow. What made him so mad (mad enough to tell me to go else where) was I said I wouldn't be referring anyone there to AUTO HOOK UP! So my advise to you is if you want your vehicle COMPLETED...DO NOT GO TO AUTO HOOK UP!

It’s best to say it’s better to go somewhere else went in for just a sub they blew another speaker in the vehicle then told me it came in like that. Then wanted to charge me to fix it. Then offered to fix it for free and put a pos cheap speaker in from another car. Save your time and money and get better service somewhere else. Never even offered to replace the speaker with the original brand that they broke. They could have handled this situation better but it became a yelling match in the back of there shop they just deceid to say the vehicle came in like that. They did very little to make sure we the customers left happy we left feeling we got the crap end of the stick. They will screw up something you work hard for and work hard to maintain and keep nice. They will use old parts/speakers to fix what they break. They put a Chrysler speaker in my Hyundai after they messed it up and they repeatedly told me they if I blast my system because my radio is so powerful it will blow my speakers but then they called me to the back to show me their work they had it on full blast witch evidently blew my speaker. They denied it but they knew what they did wrong and they wanted to do little to fix it. They wanted to charge me for a speaker they removed from another car to put it in mine that is not even close to my factory system I have. Thank you for ruining my car. I baby this car and I treat it right and u guys have messed it up.
