I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great! They showed up ultra-fast and had us ready to enjoy our vacation quickly. It takes a skilled technician to fix a vehicle on the side of the road. The tech also cleared some ABS / Engine codes that a previous mechanic said were expensive to repair. No issues and very happy with the results. The price and convenience were hands down the best! Joe is a crook. Doesn’t do what he is supposed to do. Charges a lot for not much. Go elsewhere and save yourself some aggravation and wasted time. See yelp reviews and someone else is basically saying the same thing. You are a looser joe!.

I'm so glad I found Gregg's! When the Service Engine light had come on recently, took my car to MINI of Ft Myer who had "diagnosed" my car with a list of items and a $1,400 repair bill. Brought my car to Gregg's, and he checked it all out and found a battery I'd bought recently at a big box store hadn't been properly installed. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape. He saved me over $1,300!!! I'm a disabled woman on a fixed income, and that meant a LOT to me. I won't take my car anywhere else now. If you want an HONEST mechanic, Gregg is the guy! They even picked me up and dropped me back at home while I waited for my car, then came to get me when it was ready. Gregg called and told me he'd checked everything on my car from bumper to bumper and it was in excellent mechanical condition. If you need your car repaired or even just an inspection to make sure it's all good, Gregg is your go-to guy. I will never go anywhere else now!
