I just hired Regal Glass to replace a glass window that was broken out of my child care center on 6/26/18. They were not the first company I called but they were willing to come the same day, which was important to me because I have children who could potentially be hurt with a cracked window. After reading the 1 star review, it did not bother me that the person misunderstood the pricing. I was sure to ask on the phone what the exact cost would be and if there were to be added costs, what type of problem would there be to make the cost go up? The person, Nelly, was very professional and honest. The workers showed up just as promised. They were not able to replace the window that day because the tech said we had a tinted glass and his glass was not tinted. He was still willing to do the job, but i wanted it to match my other windows. So i had to sign a contact since it was a tinted glass that had to be cut to my size, and they came back the very next morning and replaced the window with the exact same tinted glass.
