He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

Worst Repair ever! He is a theif. Broke same day, does not return calls, says he will come, does not. Beware. Guess thats why they only take cash
