Alternator blew out
He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

2012 chevy not working
We were looking for a mobile mechanic to come to our house to fix our car because we did not want to tow it. We found brian online and called for him to come out. He came out the same day and also had our car fixed the same day. Will certainly be using his service again. Very happy!

No Power
When I would press the gas in my car it would not go, so I had to call and he came out and figured out the problem and fixed it for a lot cheaper than what the dealer was going to charge me. Im a happy camper!!

Electrical Troubleshooting
Brian returned my call in about two minutes. He asked me the nature of the problem and also advised me of some things I could check myself; asking all the details that would help him pinpoint the electrical problem. He is extremely well spoken, polite, and methodical. "He really knows his stuff." If you want someone to come to your house to fix your car, Brian is the man for the job. He is very efficient and his prices are fair.

Replaced starter in 2007 BMW 328i
Brian was prompt in fact, he arrived at our home at 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad starter. Discussed price and parts with us and quickly got to work right on our driveway! Talk about convenience. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced, we highly recommend Brian and would use him again. Emergency water in fuel tank

electronic sensor troubleshooting
I'm from NC doing some work in the area. My jeep would not crank after lunch this past week. Went online called a couple numbers with no response, Brian answered , we talked about the issue and said he would be around in an hour . he was upfront about the pricing. He called when he started heading this way. Got here performed several diagnostics and determined a couple of sensors needed replacing. he was back the next morning and repaird it, He was accurate with his quote to repair actually a little cheaper. I called and talked with my mechanic back home who does all my work and said he agreed with Brian about what needed to be done. I travel extensively and am leary of strangers doing work. I would highly recommend Brian. I am going to have him do a couple of more things in a couple of weeks

Diagnostics
Jesse Scott Brian was punctual, knowledgeable and thoroughly checked my two Mercedes vehicles that had "check engine" lights on the dash. He accurately diagnosed the issues and made repairs for a very reasonable price. He is honest, trustworthy and skilled.

Car wouldn't start
Im a female & ive been looking for a mechanic i can trust & i called brian & i feel that i can really trust what he tells me. So he came out & fixed my car on the spot!! A++++++++ ..Hes my new mechanic

check engine light
My car would not pass inspection because of the check engine light, so i called brian & he came out right away & fixed the problem. i went to get my inspection redone & it passed!!!! very happy!!!!

fixed car
My 2004 lexus broke down on the way to work & i called brian to come & fix the car. He said it would be about 30 mins to respond & sure enough thats what it was. He found & fixed the problem quickly & the car started right up with no problems.....two thumbs up. would recommend to any one.

head gasket
I am a repeat customer & called brian again to come out & replace a head gasket(which is a big job)on my car & he came out & fixed it on the spot, i didnt have to get it towed or anything. The work was as good as going to the dealership at less than half the cost. I am very pleased again with his services. He is the only guy i use.

So based on the one 5-star review we thought we would give this guy a chance. He agreed to come to the house to help get a car door lock repair on our daughters car. He agreed to come out at 10:00 the next day, took no address information, said he would call in the AM. At 11:30 no call so I called him. He goes "who are you" and I reminded him about the appointment and he goes "Oh yeah, things got busy here...". I told him I took off work so that I could be there for the service repair. He said "Well, I can be there around 2:00" so I said fine (still took no address information). Calls back at 1:00 and I give him the address and he goes "Oh, I will have to have $125 to come out there (North Charlotte). So after forgetting we had an appointment and raising the price before he even got here I felt like it was time to cut my losses. I suspect the other review was written by a relative or even the guy himself. BEWARE OF THIS GUY. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Starter replaced
I’ve never called a “mobile” mechanic before, and I was a little skeptical at first,... Brian was the first number of several I was going to call, but I felt comfortable with him immediately. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and within minutes had figured out the problem. Replacing the starter in a BMW 325i is ridiculously difficult,... you have to have special tools that only BMW Service people have (big surprise) but Brian did it!!! He is very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, and was able to adapt, and overcome not having the “perfect” BMW tools. I’ve read on Bimmer blogs DIYers dropping the transmission, removing half the engine, etc. etc. to replace the starter, but Brian did it perfectly. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with him,... and checking online, I realize he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars!!! If you car needs ANY kind of work, he can do it! Don’t even hesitate to call him.
