Rear breaks and rotors
I took my BMW 440i for a rear break and rotor replacement. The service provide was great. They kept me informed of the entire process via text and the car was finished on time. I checked around other places and Prestige prices were very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Service Provided
I took my Audi A-4 because the coolant warning light was on. After I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Rich who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Process was smooth, I left the car for the inspection and 2-hours later they sent an inspection report with the damages or defects in this case was the water pump. I ordered the replacement, and the car was delivered at the next day. They provided a list of needs for the car in priority order, which was very helpful. I do recommend this place as I do always take my car to the Audi Dealership in Fort Lauderdale but not anymore. Prices are reasonable as well. Regards, Fredy Calderon

Oil & Fluid Change
Took my Mercedes SLK for a E service. I had almost always had all the service work done at the dealership. My experience was on par with the dealer service except at a fraction of the cost. The place was clean, service advisor Rich thoroughly professional and I was in an out in the time promised. This was my first visit but clearly will not be the last.

Battery replacement
They diagnosed the problem with my car very quickly and replaced my car battery within an hour total. Great work done by the whole team. good prices and don't try to push other purchases on you like many other auto stores. Overall a great experience.

Brake Replacement
Went in for an estimate one day and had my brakes replaced the next. Rich was friendly and informative and I will definitely be back for anything else my car needs.

Mechanical Issues
I was so pleased with the service I received. I was constantly updated about the status of my vehicle, was given an itemized list of services and the cost before the work was performed, and then picked up an IMMACULATE repaired car and was given a travel mug as a thank you! We will not take our cars anywhere else! Thank you!

Oil Change
Easy and Quick. They utilize technology as they keep you informed by email when their mechanic starts working on your vehicle and when he is finished. Also completed a free comprehensive vehicle inspection with a detailed print out confirming over all mechanical condition of your vehicle. Also, they charged $150.00 less than Porsche dealership and still used the more expensive Liqui Moly full synthetic oil!!!

Brake Pad and Rotor replacement 2015 Porsche Cayman S
I took my 2015 Porsche Cayman S into Prestige the other day for front brake pad and rotor replacements. Happy to report that I was greeted with a fair price and quality work.

New motor mounts / oil pan seal / filters to name a few things

Replaced Chassis Stabilization Sensor, Engine and cabin filters, and oil change
Prestige European Auto Repair in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is awesome! Prestige European Auto Repair in Ft. Lauderdale serviced my BMW right and finished the work on the same day and got my car back to me. They have great incentives too so I saved a few dollars. I Checked their website out for special discounts and i saved more money. I was just tired of paying high prices at the car dealer’s service department. So, I found Prestige European Auto Repair in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Ask for Rich or Craig. they treat you right. And surprised me with a gift and a complemetnary car wash. They cleaned my rims too. YES! You have just been Tipped by WheelTips Joe!

Oil Service
The front office staff was accommodating and very clean. The Prestige Auto Service staff was attentive and did not try to oversell on services that I didn't want or need. The inspection of my XC60 was thorough and pictures were provided of areas requiring attention in the future. I've used exclusively dealership maintenance / service over the past 15 years, Prestige rates at the very top. Lastly, the thank you card was a nice touch!

Brake fluid flush

Coolant hoses replaced
My 2016 Range Rover Sport is recently out of its factory warranty so I thought I would give Prestige European a try. From the warm welcome to the explanation by the service tech, the whole experience was 1st class. They truly cared for my car. It was a much better experience than the dealership to be quite honest with you. I will be a customer for life.

Annual service
This was my first visit, as I am new to the area. They kept to the appointed time completed the oil change and gave me an honest assessment of the status of my car. There was no attempt to upsell or promote other services. I have found my new service home for my car. Larry

Tire service
My first visit to Prestige European Auto Service, and immediately upon walking into the reception area I was impressed by both it's and the wait room order and cleanliness. The warm greeting received by both Craig and Richard totally welcoming and attentive. PEAS offered me a loaner or drop off and pick up service while my vehicle was being worked on. I opted for PUDO with no regrets. The Lyft service was quick, timely and appreciated. After my car was ready the service technician was just as polite and courteous addressing me when I posed a question. To top things off I received a welcome gift as I was preparing to leave. And, then another surprise when I got into my car, inconspicuously placed a personalize Thank You note left for me. Oh, I must mention too how reasonable the service cost was, had to ask twice. Service Provided
Engine working great, thank you for that. But missing computer compartment cover under driver seat. Also, they broke the plastic snorkel that connects to the air filter box and they never said anything, just left like that. Then they said you need brakes tire, and new coils when I had just replace the coils myself (BS). 2 days later the light switch broke (cost +-$250 / labor another 200 Min) I pay $40 on ebay and installed in 5 min. everything snaps off look for videos. But while looking for solutions I saw that other BMW owners had the same light issue right after it came back from a non-dealer mechanic (hmmmmmmmmmmm)a 5 min fix with a $500 bill. Great mechanics, but sloppy and so dishonest.

My BMW Mechanic
I own a 2011 BMW 328i and have taken my car in for specific repairs and these guys were very thorough, honest, reliable, knowledgeable & reasonable. I can't say thank you enough for the pick-up & drop-off service as well as overall car inspection. I have recommended these guys to co-workers who also very happy with the service they provide. Good reliable service, honest people
These guys were actually recommended to me by another mechanic that had treated me right in the past with a different car. After doing some research online, I saw they were fairly popular with others as well. Before making my first visit, I stopped by the dealer to get a quote on what I needed done. Not only was Prestige's quote way lower, but they also promised me a much quicker turn around (same day) which they delivered on. Since then, it is the only place my Rover goes, and I don't regret it for a moment. They always tell me when things can wait or aren't necessary which I appreciate. Better yet, they never nickel and dime me on the little things like the dealership constantly tried to. I can't help but smile when I see the prices everyone else pays for things on the forums. I have been using them for just about two years now. Thanks for the affordable and reliable service, guys! If you are hesitant to use them, all I can say is do what I did and shop around first. Land Rover Shop 5 Stars
Excellent Land Rover shop. We have an LR3 that had an alignment issue and was handling very poorly, they were able to find the problem and fix the tie rods, Prestige made the Land Rover drive like a new car! We live in Miami and this is the Land Rover shop we use! Highly Recommend! Phil B.
