Probably THE best business I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. First took my van there in 2007 for an A/C problem, and a few months later I knew what a true gem they are when I needed a radiator repair they had the specialized equipment to do, which anyplace else might mean a long repair and big bucks. I (and my wallet) were very pleased: it was fast and affordable. That has continued over the years - every repair experience fast and affordable. They do the job right, AND take the time to explain the needed / recommended repairs, and the impact if you decide not to so them or delay them for a while. I was told that my nail in my tire was repaired. As I got back to my home state in Mississippi, it was low again. Local mechanic said it was in the sidewall and not fixable. COULD be coincidence and happened next day, but it was same tire and same pressure reading. Individual gentleman who welcomed me was wonderful, however. FYI.

My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

I made a 1 o'clock appointment to have some electrical work done on my 2015 Ford E class 450 . When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

I couldn't ask for friendlier staff. Jason helped me with my 08 Honda Civic. Had a transmission leak that he took care of it super fast AND at a GREAT price. I highly recommen

They did the whole thing in 1 day. I had my car back the next day after the engine came in. Perfect! They had the cheapest price in town and mechanic Chris is really through and probably the best mechanic in town. He has every just about every ASE certification you can have. I didn't have to wait and I didn't have to rent a car.
