I was recently very impressed to find out that it was quite a bit cheaper to come to Bergman's than it was to go to a "value" car repair place, and your team definitely knew a lot more about my BMW than Long tire and Auto did. Self diagnosing on web searches led me to expect a more costly repair. I initially set up my appointment stating what I thought was wrong with my car. After a short wait, I was told that I have cheap, noisy brakes! Thank you Greg and your staff for having the knowledge and integrity to fix the issue and not take advantage of me.
