Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. Terrible business practices that take advantage of the inexperienced. For starters, parts are upcharged well beyond retail: do yourself a favor and amazon them for yourself to see or just go to an auto parts store. Bought the most expensive quality ignition coils at a fraction of their most economic option elsewhere. If you do decide to let them touch your vehicle, don't be surprised if something that was working before you took it in, does not work afterward. They will break your car! Don't be surprised if what you came to get fixed isn't working either. Twice now the truck has gone in with one thing to fix and come out with two. Good luck trying to get your money back without a lawyer. Avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna keep coming back regularly (and not because of the work or service)!
