Mark has been taking care of my 2006 Acura MDX for about 6 years and has done a fabulous job. He is very thorough, honest, and charges a fair price. He only does what has to be done and lets you know if he sees any issues that you need to keep an eye on. I trust him more than the Acura Dealerships in the Miami, Florida area.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I am so impressed with Rodriguez Brothers. Honest, Reliable, Affordable. I have to say that I will never go to another.Just moved to miami and brought my car in for service. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

This is an excellent mechanical shop! I took my Mercedes with a computer problem that no one could find and after spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer these people found the problem right away. They didn't take advantage of me for being a women and were extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommended this shop.

My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.

I took my car to 3 shops and my estimates for getting my a/c to work were $900.00 to $ 1300.00. and 2 days . I took it to ZIM expecting them to diagnose the problem and give me a price and when they came in to the waiting room 1/2 hour later my a/c was fixed and they charged me $37.50 and treated me like I was there best customer. I don't post many comments about places but do yourself a huge favor next time your car has a problem and go here first !! You wont be sorry and your pocket book will not be empty !! First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.
