the worst service ever , i wanted to buy a bottle of power steering fluid if they would top it of for me , the fluid cost $1795 but because no one was willing to help me i did not buy it . they all acted like they never saw a BMW before and no one knew how to put the fluid in . so i left and went to Advance auto and was treated great . auto zone had a bunch of dummies working for them .

I would never use this shop! Everytime I called to learn the status of the car repair I got a different answer. When the insurance company inspected the car the shop had not fixed parts that had been paid for. The process went on and on and I never felt they were honest. They even started to work on the car without proper authorization.

What a great experience I took my 2009 Mercedes S550 to get repaired the service was great. They called with status updates and its also a one stop shop enterprise and geico are there it was perfect. I did read all the bad reviews so I was a little worried but from the moment I walked in I realized they must be under new management, and I was told that they are.
