My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Had a great experience with John over at Rite Way Automotive. Had a flat tire when getting out of work. Was able to get the car over there and needed to replace two rear tires. John showed me the damage and advised me on exactly which tires needed to be replaced and why. The tires where some of the most affordabe around and best quality I've ever had on any car. Won't go anywhere else!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.. Never trust taking a FOREIGN car here. I have a 98' BMW M3 and they misdiagnosed my a/c system replacing the wrong part and allowing my air to be cold for 2 hours! That's it.. WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR AGAIN. BAD MECHANICS.

I took Minivan in there to have A/C compressor replaced along w/ fan belt, Evaporator, Dryer, and have system recharged. They charged me $920.00 and not only didn't fix the problem, but broke my actuator for recirc door and refused to replace it. They obfuscated, talked in circles and would not and did not stand behind their work. In fact, they tried to charge another $1k dollars to get the A/C in working order. After they fleeced me and stole my money I learned that A/C Compressor Kits are available for about $150 dollars for this vehicle (and all vehicles) and my labor to install this was $250.00 Our family now has A/C in the van for the 1st time since Ice Cold Air couldn't do the work of replacing an A/C compressor kit.

They have the cleanest shop in town and their people are really honest and competent, I know them personally. I recommend these guys to all my family and friends because they are straight shooters. Any one who says these guys aren't the best and most trustworthy in the tampa bay area at transmissions and brakes - either have never dealt with Shiftrite or are their competition just trying to smudge them for their benefit.

They did it again! A drive shaft problem that somebody else said could cost $600-700, was fixed for less than $300! Bobby and Chris have kept my 74 Chevy Caprice Classic Convertible (the color of butter) running well for years -- without the huge expenses quoted by others. Heck, after the last fix, the rattle in the top was gone, too. Gotta remember to ask Bobby how they did that.
