German Import Specialist is a family owned and operated business. Owner Jeremy Tarkington has twenty years of experience repairing and driving Volkswagens. For the last six years prior to our recent move home to Jacksonville Beach, he has owned and operated Tark's Wagenwerks, which, of course, was a VW, Audi, Porsche repair shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We had a very loyal customer base and made many freinds over the years. Their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldn't complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Don't trust their word. They are liars.

No frills here which works for me. Used this service 15 years ago but obviously forgot the address. I knew it was on Lem Turner but not where. I researched and drove Lem Turner until I found it. Met with Dewayne and had the required work done. Excellent work. The welder wasted no time or effort in getting the work done. Good folks. Don't waste time somewhere else. Get it done here. Extremely Happy with the work done here as well as the awesome customer service. Tim was Great!!!!!!! I highly recommend this place for any work needed. It may have only taken 15min to fix my problem but to me it was a very huge deal as i have been struggling with this issue for months...

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right.
