I can't say enough good things about Mark. We were visiting JAX and discovered an oil leak in our Range Rover on a Thursday night. Mark got us in the next morning and provided a quick diagnosis and repair cost estimate. Even though the parts had to be ordered (none in the area) we were still able to get it fixed and back home on time. Mark was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely use his services again....Top Notch!!!

Diesel engine for my 01 VW TDI arrived in 3 days in ready-to-go condition. Needed nothing, except my very professional German Auto installer polished the crank for a new clutch (dumb not to do). Price was the best on the Web and the car has 'brand-new' life

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. I have a 2012 Jaguar XK. There are certified Jaguar and Land Rover (we have both) They are the best..your treated like family, the detail to the job and the level of customer service is bar none. Having an accident is never a happy time, they made it so easy and so pleasurable that it was like keeping up with old friends. I would recommend them with the highest of kudo's!!!!!

I was new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have some work done on my car. I called over to Tubels and they fit me in that day. They diagnosed what was wrong with car and even fixed it that day. I guess that is why they must be one of the top auto repair shops in Jacksonville FL.

Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

The worse! Poor Customer services and horrible install job. Wanted to upgrade my factory system in my Charger. I purchased speakers prior to the install but purchased an amp to help push the new speakers. 2 hours turned into 6 hours. Left with a downgraded sound and a nail in my tire from the dirty shop. Mike I believe his name is, got nasty with me once I informed him I wasnt satisfied with his work. I paid 500 bucks for 3 speakers to work?? Insane! NEVER GO HERE! I wish I could give this place zero stars, one isnt deserved at all!

Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn, like a medicine bottle; they clearly just wrenched it off, tool marks were obvious). Refused to replace it, claiming it just broke spontaneously. Wanted me to pay them to order one from another state, and wait a week for it to come in. I bought a new one at an auto parts store the same day, for half of what they wanted to charge me for the privilege of having them break it. They took no responsibility, and offered nothing to make it right. AVOID.
