They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Kept putting me off. Made appointments to get the car looked at and they either called me to change the appointment or I actually arrived (after arranging my day to do this) and the owner himself says he can't work on my car today but wants me to come back YET AGAIN. It was enough. I suppose if I had had an expensive thing wrong with my car, they would have rolled out the red carpet. Went to another shop without an appointment and got the diagnostic. It took so little time. Wish I hadn't wasted my time with AAMCO in Winter Haven.

Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I had a pretty bad experience with few weeks back with my old mechanic. Whenever I had an issue with my car, I used to take it to him and get it fixed. The problem always used to be the rates versus the work. I had it enough this time, as my car only needed some servicing and he charged me some pretty good price. I was really pissed and took my car without servicing to my friend’s. My friend told me that not only AAMCO Plant City charge you much low than others but also deals in almost everything with best services. So I had this great experience with them the same day and Rob Sanchez charged me an affordable rate for so good services. I am happy with Rob Sanchez and his team’s work.

I was lied to by a main dealer. They said I needed an expensive repair. These guys were honest. Told me it wasn't necessary. For that I will always be grateful, so they won my business, long term.

I do not recommend this business at all. Had a transmission R&R. It has been back in several times due to the transmission failing and not working after the original R&R. The first time it failed within their 6 month warranty. They take a week to do any work, said it was ready the second time when it wasn't due to a substitute part that didn't fit properly and caused severe shuttering so I wasted a trip then had to leave it again. They have not once put the proper amount of transmission fluid in. The first time I brought it home the transmission fluid was seriously overfilled by 2 quarts and they said that was just fine and wouldn't hurt it but all of the online mechanical advice states the opposite that it can damage and /or destroy a transmission. The day after picking it up for the third time it started shuttering again and upon checking the fluid it was underfilled by 2 quarts. The last time they had my car they had it for a month and still did not manage to fill the fluid to the correct level.
