I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. Shop is the best place for anything automotive! Prices were super competitive and they went the extra mile on a few issues and did them at no charge !!

I called to have a tire patched and they told me it was FREE as a good customer service thing to do. It would get them more future business they said. I took the vehicle in and instantly told it was not repairable. This is a $250 tire. I knew it was an easy fix but they just want to sell tires. I took it to just tires on Clearwater Largo Rd and they fixed it for $20 and it will last the lifetime of the tire. It only took them 12 minutes to fix. This is my second bad experience with Goodyear. I will never use or suggest anyone goes there, especially the franchise one on Belcher and East Bay Drive.

I had a great experience. I wasn't hassled into buying anything I didn't need. We will be back for service on all our vehicles from now on.

I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more.
