If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Auto Glass Repair / Replacement

Owners a decent guy(Tom), (mark) was cool too. The issues were the hack insurance company located out of state. They took there time paying for repairs and as a result the shop held my wife's car generally for ransom. I learned legally they can't do that and the payment issue was between the shop and the insurance company. Luckily I had a paid rental car so I wasn't pressed. Still I'm disabled and the stress exasperated my illness. Now , the initial repair also was substandard as the bumper popped out when I pushed on it and the hatch sheet metal collapsed in from damage. These two things were serious problems and I had to leave car for another week to repair correctly. However, the final end result was solid. The paint was spot on and the car looks great. 3 stars is generous.

I’m a property manager for 22+ years and unfortunately a tenant broke a window during a move out. Based on the good online reviews of Glass Doctor of Tampa, I unfortunately hired this horrible rip off company to repair the window. They charged me half of the repair upfront of $150 prior to looking at the job (I provided a photo as requested). The quote was based on replacing a 30x36 window. The technician failed to show as scheduled that morning with no phone call to advise and then another technician was sent out after 4:30 same day and used a lockbox for entry. The incompetent technician replaced an 8x8 section of glass only and used duct tape and lots of glue to secure the window which I followed up on the job next day. I reached out to management who refused to take responsibility and offered a $20 credit and to go back and clean up. Needless to say, they got paid via their free access to my credit card and refuse to charge me only for the job they actually did poorly and not what they quoted upfront. Lesson learned - I do not recommend anyone retaining this rip off company for garbage work!!! I WILL NEVER USE OF REFER GLASS DOCTOR OF TAMPA.....

Short and sweet they do terrible work. Do not believe the hype about them going to your car. If there is a problem (bubbles or flaws in the tint) they will not fix or the fix is so bad you will need to take it to a professional shop. Stay away don't waste your money on these guys

They fixed my roommates car and guess all went well there. Now there's some issue with the insurance company but some pleasant gentlemen from there decided to call me and be a total ass. You call me for a favor for a message to be delivered to my roommate. Then proceed to get rude with me. Wow what a great representative for this company. I hope there company fails with asses like this working there. I plan on reviewing this company everywhere poorly. I do regret that I was made to pick at least one star. I would give them none.
