McCoy's was recommended by my insurance company and all of the reviews were positive. Now I know why. Mike was thorough and explained everything he was doing for the repair and the cost was reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell and, although I had not planned on having my brakes repaired during my unexpected visit, Mike took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. HARRY AT METRIX IN OCALA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! I had to pay "all German Motorworks" $260 only to tell me my repairs were going to be $3742.00. A great friend recommended Metrix, I explained my situation to Harry and he not only gave me a free estimate but only charged me $1710.00!!!! He is an AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HONEST, and thorough mechanic! THANKS AGAIN HARRY!!!!

John the owner is a great mechanic, he can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your car. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. This automotive repair shop is one of the best I have ever been to out of all the country. If you want the job done right and fixed for a great price bring your car in for its next repair. Quoted price was way less than the average shop prices in Ocala. Dave and Jimmy provided excellent diagnosis and repair work. I'd definitely use Ocala Mobile Auto Repair again! Highly Reccommended!!!!!

I went to buy a set of new wheels from these people and they just ignored me. Obviously didn't want the sale for $4,000 - Weird!

DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I WENT IN FOR A COOLANT DUMP. THEY SAID MAYBE THE WATER PUMP THEY PUT ON 3 MONTHS AGO. AFTER 7 HRS BERNIE Calls to let me know they replaced placed the water pump and now they think its the thermostat which isn't under the water pump which they replaced 3 months ago by Ray's. AFTER 2 DAYS I SHOW TO TAKE MY VAN FROM THEM, ONLY TO HEAR ITS ALMOST DONE. I GET MY VAN BACK AND THE TEMP GAUGE SHOWS WAY INTO HOT, I ASKED WHY IS THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE SHOWING OFF THE CHART, THE RESPONSE WAS ( HOW CAN I SAY IT WAS WORKING WHEN I BROUGHT THE VAN IN). NOW IM TOLD BY THE FATHER OF THE FATHER AND SON TEAM AND I QUOTE (YOUR A SPUTID MOTHER FUCKER WHEN IT COMES TO MECH AND FOR ME TO LEAVE THE FUCKING PREMISES YOU MOTHER FUCKING ASSHOLE.) I ASK HIM WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME AND HE TOLD ME TO GO FUCK MYSELF. 288.00 IS THE CHARGE BERNIE SAID I OWE FOR A BAD REPAIR. NOW MY TEMPERATURE GAUGE IS ALWAYS IN THE PASS HOT WHICH IS THE H FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW. MY OIL STICK HOLDER WAS BROKEN AND THE FRESH AIR HOSE WAS NOT CONNECTED AND MY TRANSMISSION CHECK STICK WAS HANGING OUT. WHEN I SHOWED THE FATHER THIS MESS HE SCREAMED AT ME THAT THE LAST PEOPLE WHO REPAIRED BROKE IT, THATS WHEN I TOLD HIM YOU WORKED ON THIS LAST AND HE REPLIED, NO BEFORE US. MAKING SENSE YET??? I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED ON THE SMALL CLAIMS LAW SUIT.
