I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

I went just to a diagnostic AC they tell me will be a cost for 50 dollar I did acepte but the supposed fix my Ac with out my concert . No communication they just bill me for $ 283 I feel my self force to paid . I did paid . When I got home my AC is not working . I went back to request a refund and the owner Armando very aggressive just said he only will refund $10 dólares . Is not a honest person . They take advantage of the situation and charge the amount of money with not fixing the problem. I do not recommend this place.

If you have to buy tires here. Do not and I repeat, do not buy them from william (bill). The man is VERY rude and his customer service is horrible.

I recently took my 2006 Toyota 4-Runner here to fix an issue with the A/C. Their pricing was very fair and they were courteous, honest, respectful, & timely in completing the job. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with a part that they installed and, without hesitation, they honored the warranty and completely re-did the job. Wow!! I would like to recognize Robert (the manager) and Mike (the mechanic/shop foreman) for going above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. If you need auto repairs, give these guys a call. This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

This shop was unable to fix my car from a failed alternator in the day I had it in for repair. Not only were they incapable of finishing the job they suggested substantial amounts of other work to be done, with the recommendation that it was necessary. They wanted to replace a fuse that was "very involved to get to" requiring 4 hours of labor costing upwards of $900. They are looking to rip you off. Don't trust Aaron specifically, he was looking to steal from potential customers.
