I already went into detail on Facebook. But completely incompetent diagnostics team. Charged me a fortune and couldn’t find the problem. A quick google video and 5 minutes of my time and I ended up figuring out it was the hydro boost. The owner agreed to send me a check for 150 bucks and that never even happened. That was like back last year sometime. Honestly they should refund me the entire thousand bucks. The owner thinks he lost time and money on some fire extinguishers. Well I lost thousands and time not being able to complete jobs while my truck was down for no reason….. This place used to be amazing….

I took my car to get a pcv assembly and they cut wires and broke my ignition bracket and never said a word. Only reason I found out I took a look at the work they did.

Job was finished in the same day regardless of the issues they kept finding. Taking videos, pictures and explaining the problems with vehicles is a huge plus! Helps trusting mechanics and with explanation. Communication is amazing. I always get calls or text about what is going on. Everything being online and digital also makes the experience better.

I have been going to Inlign for years. I have always felt that I got what I paid for, at a fair price. They have bailed me out of some tough spots, above and beyond their duty. First time I used them I was in the hospital because I passed out while driving. They got my car towed to them, put on two tires and rims, all without meeting me! All over the phone! Who else does that? That's why I keep going back, for that level of professionalism.
