worst body shop, thieves. It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.

Visit 1: A test was done on the vehicle and we were charged $80 for it. As well $90 oil change was performed. Over the next week several lights inside of the vehicle turned on. We found a large volume of oil in our driveway. We returned the car to him. See Visit 2. Visit 2: Allen (the owner) admitted that the oil change was faulty. Allen stated that the oil filter was at fault. As well, Allen performed $300 in tests to figure out why the 'check engine' light was coming on - some of the same tests he performed the first visit. When our debit card was declined we asked if we could write a check - he said 'Make it out to cash.' The Next Evening - Car stopped running while driving home from work. Check engine light came on again. Had to spend $80 to tow it to the dealership (at this point we no longer trusted Allen or his competency with this vehicle). Spent $450 to replace the fuel filter - and do even more tests. Follow up visit to discuss: Went in to Allen to request my money back as the services we paid for he performed badly. Laid out the bill of the costs that we had to cover to manage the process. Allen offered $229 as a refund for his botched services, said take it or leave and said to sign a release form. When we said that wasn't fair and I showed him the below list of items that we felt he owned us Allen immediately called me a schmuck, told me to take him to court and raised his voice. One of his employees called the police on me. Cops came and said there was nothing to do. $80 Original incorrectly read scan. $95 - oil change refund that Allen admitted to screwing up. $275 - three scans which were run because Allen's oil change screwed up our car and because Allen couldn't figure out what was wrong. $80 - Price we had to pay for the car towing. $105 - Four hours of our time that we had to waste going back to Allen's shop in three different visits. There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

Worst Repair ever! He is a theif. Broke same day, does not return calls, says he will come, does not. Beware. Guess thats why they only take cash

This company hires subs to come do their work and doesn't pay them! Good Luck using this company, very unprofessional. They are very fraudulent.

These people are crooks. I was just robbed by the owner. He told me the cost would be 230$ and he would remove my old tint for free. I said great! After four hours of waiting he hands me a bill for 390$ and completely denied the price we agreed upon. Boldly lying to my face. Who pays 400$ for tint? This guy completely took advantage of me and yes I'm a woman. Take your money elsewhere this man doesn't deserve it. AND the tint looks horrible.
