Oil change service near Oakland, FL

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

We were broke down while travelling. Myron dropped what he was working on and got us back on the road. The started testing the truck while the tow truck driver was still unhooking! Myron even loaned us his car to go get something for lunch while they worked on it. Less than 2 hours later we were back on the road. If you have a Ford diesel don't let anyone else in Orlando touch it!!!

I had a catalytic converter installed here a few weeks ago and it really has made a big difference in my cars performance and its gas mileage. Im glad I chose this place because they took the time to really see what was wrong and did not charge me to do that...thanks

Very nice people I meet them the first time a couple of mths. Ago they put a part on my 4x4 when no one else around would even talk to me so when I needed work on my jeep I took it to them and they checked it out called with EST. And fixed it. He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

This is the Worst Service I have ever seen ...Do Not Let Them Touch Your Vehicle ...I bought the Coupon for 3 oil changes and tire rotation so I made an appointment when I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were going to put a pair of Vise Grips on my Hood support rod to hold the hood up which would have Scared the rod and Worst Bent the Hood Hinges on my Classic IROC Convertible , Thank God I Caught them before they put their Extreme Stupidity in action ... I had to supply them with a Hood support and the oil that I use in all my Vehicle because they only use low quality oil. I asked them to rotate the tires and the owner mumbled something about that I didn't need it , I think he was being Lazy and he wasn't happy that I was using a coupon... Well he won in the end because I will never go back there again and neither should YOU ... If you do have to go there because you bought a coupon , #1 Keep an Eye on Them at all Times ...#2 make sure you bring your own oil ...#3 bring an old 5 quart container to put your old oil in to take with you because they Charge Garbage Fee of $5.00 to dispose of your oil which they actually sell to oil recyclers making money on both ends...You can drop the oil off at any oil change place for Free #4 Have them put there Low quality oil in the container that you brought with after they put your oil into your Vehicle, "You can use it in other machines"... #5 Just Don't Do It ...It's Not Worth It ...

I had a horrible experience thanks to Mark Roberts. After waiting days to hear if I had been approved for a bank loan, I drove over after specifically telling Mark to have ALL of the paperwork ready. I still ended up wasting an hour because NOTHING was ready. I was then told that they couldn't approve me because they dropped the price by a couple hundred dollars and they needed to get approval from the bank again. Since when does the bank need to re-approve a loan for less money? I left. After two phone calls, I decided to come back since I got a great interest rate. I once again tell him to have everything ready, but he only has 3 pieces of paper ready and he tells me that now we have to wait for someone else to print out the important paperwork that should have been printed already. My mother was upset and they had an argument in the middle of the showroom and Mark called her a "mean person" and told her that I didn't have to buy the car. I don't know how this guy still has a job. Either his boss doesn't know how horrible of a salesman he is or his boss doesn't care. Congratulations Phillips Toyota! You just lost the future business of a 23 year old. Good job Mark (can you sense the sarcasm?)!
