My Sonata had a flat tire and the key to unlock the wheel so the tire could be changed was missing. I had to be at work by a certain time, and the folks at National Auto did a great job solving the problem and getting a new tire on my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. Shout out to Adam who got it done so I made it to work early!

I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Would truly not recommend to go there. Had a PT Cruiser there after accident. My personal opinion ...sloppy shoddy work. Had the insurance appraiser come again after repair and look at it. He agreed, not good craftsman ship. Driver door hanging to low, clear coat with dimples, ill fitted back / break light ...you can see the ground through a gap approx 3 mm wide....terrible work, won't even bother to go back a 3rd time...especially since the owner used every possible excuse on earth to blame everybody else for ill fitting... don't waste your time or money....terrible...
