An actual coolant flush is hooking the fluid exchange machine up and evacuating the old coolant from the system and then adding a chemical to circulate and clean the system and then add new coolant. Do not charge customers for something that you aren't doing. When checking rotors you use a micrometer to measure the thickness against the discard specs, using eyeball judgement does not accomplish this. There are many other mishaps by this company, these are only a couple. Buyer beware

This is by far the worst place you could go to buy tires. My tires are less than a year old and my front tire continues to lose air. I came in at 8 a.m. this morning which is a Saturday to try to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated. I was told they were too busy and asked if I had made an appointment. Quite honestly I never heard of having to make an appointment to get a tire fixed, so I was quite surprised that was even mentioned. I was told that I would have to leave my car there which was impossible since I live in another town and I had no way to leave the car as they suggested so they could "try to get to it later." I also told them that I had to go to an oral surgeon on Monday and didn't know when I would be able to bring the car back in. They did not care one bit and I told them I made the biggest mistake purchasing tires there. Again they could care less. Not long ago I called them to find out what it would cost to change a battery cable on my Honda Accord. Believe it or not I was quoted $650 to just replace a battery cable, so I assume that was because they didn't care to do the work. This morning there were two people waiting and one car in the bay, but they couldn't spend a half an hour on a steady customer. My plan now is to cancel my credit card with Tire Kingdom and in the future, buy my tires elsewhere.
