Hello everyone,my name is Oscar,I went to G and C foreign car repair because I was at my wits end trying other so called mechanics to fix the vacuum leaks on my 2006 BMW. I have never seen such dedicated people in my life when it comes to repairing my vehicle. When I came in they greeted me with a smile and that lasted the whole time I was there, which was not very long because Andy and Freddy took what was supposed to take hours and completed the job in a fraction of the time. They are polite and funny and really make you feel at home. The thing that really got me was the pricing...I was astonished how inexpensive was the work they performed. I would definitely refer anyone that I know to them...good job guys!!

Excellent service and advice to solve a tire/brake problem while I was travelling NC-FL-NC within 3-day period (funeral). They resolved the problem (I had 2 unsuccessful servicing attempts in NC) and squeezed this apptmt into an already busy schedule. My husband & I commend Hannes Schoeferle, Service Mgr, for his professional expertise & efficiency as well Store Manager, Matthew Miller -- two very service-oriented employees to customers.

I've always try to avoid the dealers but I take the chance last week to the al Parker ford on millitary trail and I meet this life saver . He's John I take care of me a way I didn't expected . He told me and fix my issue in less than 30 mn I got my 05 ford expedition alive again from him. Thank u John . If I going back to a dealer it's gonna al paker on millitary trail and if John is not there I'll wait or drive away until he's back. Grate place to get you car worked on. Fair price and trust worthy .

I had been going here for over a year and I thought I was getting great service, when in fact I was not. They gave me a "great" deal on a used tire that went flat two days later. Had to call AAA who told me that the tire was so bald it should have been illegal to sell to me. Juan charged me almost $70 for that used tire. Then the check engine light came on, was told by Juan that it would cost over $1000 to fix. Felt i needed a second opinion after the tire incident and was told by new shop that the engine light misfire was due to the wrong type of spark plugs put in. Jordans had put in these spark plugs 6 months previously. They do not do quality work, especially on my foreign car (saab). I feel like they took advantage of me as a female with limited car knowledge. overcharged me and did not even fix my car problems but created new ones. my advise...use a different foreign car mechanic.
