Excellent, honest and thorough. Highly recommend FCC Motorsports, felt as if they treated my issue as their own and went the extra mile in service. I mostly work on my own car ; however, this was a big project and I was 100% satisfied with their work, very precise and top quality.

Standard oil change $35.00. High mileage oil change $60.00. High mileage oil costs $.40 more per quart. Asked service tech, Danny, why cost so much higher when cost of oil is negligible. "Sorry, I can't help you" is all I got from Danny. Wonder what else is a rip off at this shop!! Been going there for years, trusted them to keep me up to date on service needs, probably been paying too much, will not go back. Danny does not seem to care.

I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/20/2012 And wanted to commet on the cost, which came to $96.89 which I think is excessive. My son in law gets his 2010 Cadillac Escalade with the north star engine ghanged at the dealership for $ 63.00 And my engine is the 6 cyl. not the north star engine. I have taken my truck to your facillity for several years and had it serviced with no problems with pricing. They charge $ 7.99 for a extra quart which I think is more than fair, so at $ 7.99 a quart at regular 5 quarts would be $ 40.00 so they must charge $ 45.00 for the oil filter and the service?
