This is the first time I ever took my SUV (88K MILES) to get the oil changed outside my own garage and it will be the last the last thanks to this joint. Besides feeling like I was at a car dealership as they tried to sell me every extra maintenance upgrade under the sun, at some point they missed the 2" hole that the oil goes into and proceeded to splash a good part of the driver side engine compartment. Not to mention leaving a mess when they took off the old filter. Oil all over the cross member!!! It was a three mile drive home and I still had oil dripping off the undercarriage and onto my driveway. Looks like the $3.00 charge for "shop supplies" doesn't include rags to clean up your mess! Way to go fellas...stupid is...stupid does!!! Now excuse me while I drain out your crap oil and change the new ¢.13 filter with my own stuff. Thanks for the $34.00 FLUSH A HOLES! HAVE A DAY!

I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

To Ashley Butler of 410 S.Dale Maybry ICE COLD AIR discount auto repair shop. I would just like to say how well she runs her bussiness and cares about her customers. I had a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder with a blown motor so I purchased one from a company that sells used motors and had Ice Cold Air do the installation,The can very goord for a month and then a feantw minnor problems occ likelyured, like an antifreeze leak which Ice Cold Air attemped to fix each time I had the car brought back. Then I had an oil leak which was most likely coming from the rear main seal which meant dropping the transmission which is a big job. So the reason I am writting this retraction is because I bad mouth her shop about not fixing the leaks when the car was brought back which ICE COLD AIR did every time the car was brought back and the oil leak I can ubderstand 10 hours of labor which the manager said if it's the rear main seal he would reimburst me for the labor. When my x-wife brought the car back to ICA cause she saw oil and antifreeze kind of leaking together and the manager tells her she needs to leave the car or it might cause more problems, you leave the car and not say I can't cause I need itthen;s your on your own if something like over heating occures and the motor seizes then it's notthe fault of the repair shop it's your fault. See I didn't know my X bruoght the car back for that problem and she was afraid to call and tell me this or my son and le Coldet my son drive 40 miles the next day I would of told her to leave the car right there and this never would of happened. To Ashley Butler I'm sorry I wrote the thing's I did about Ice Cold Air and only can say that Ashley Butler of ICE COLD AIR at 410 S.Dale Maybry runs a trust worthly repair shop and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go there for any type of repair work and I hope this can be posted for bad mouthing your bussiness for not knowing the facts. 10/7/2012 I just received service from this company in Tampa, FL at the Kennedy Bvd location and the man who said he was the manager, Steven, had changed my oil and drained my coolant. He had asked me to put in new coolant for $89.99 and I said NO, which then I left the business and within 10 minutes my car had overheated. I then went and purchased my own coolant and went back to the station to have him (and the cameras) witness ME put a whole bottle of coolant in my car.

As a as a former Marine honoring integrity is what us boys stand for! Without being said the two business owners and son are not in this for the money they're in this to help people that's who they are they all have honor and integrity. Pep Boys gave me an estimate to fix the front end in the same manner that one stop gave me an estimate for, Pep Boys estimate 738 dollars one stops estimate 166 dollars. Just to let you know I'm a mechanic and I used to own the shop before I became disabled, I also live in Land O Lakes and I won't bring my car anywhere else and Land O'Lakes is about 30 miles away

Never, please never call this guy Brian Dorcy if you need any mechanic work for your boat. This is the worst, unresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional mechanic I’ve ever met. I contacted him in February 2022 and requested to fix the engine (water in the oil). He came relatively fast, the next week and found the heads need to be replaced. He ordered new heads and other parts. It took 1 month to get them delivered and 2 more weeks to Brian showed up in my yard. He took the old gasket and found that the block had a crack and needed to be replaced. Why didn't he check this the first time? If he wan’s so negligent and blind and did his job better he could find this issue at the very beginning. It took 2 more weeks to find and order a new block and more than a month to get it delivered to me. I was hoping this “crooked hands master” will come ASAP and finish his work. But he didn’t come this week and next week. He was ignoring my phone calls and messages when I tried to arrange the appointment with him. He is OK to get a new job but is always so busy finishing it. I’ve been waiting for him for more than 2 month and then I said I don’t want to wait any more and I asked him to bring a block to me. He ignored me again for a week. The only one way it worked was to push him to bring me a $2K block to say that on Tuesday I will report to the Police. And he finally brought it to me at the end of July!!!!. I’ve been waiting for 6 month and at the end I got an unfixed boat and half a garage of parts. When I googled for reviews I found that this is his normal way of business. His rating is * 1 Star. I will be happy if you read this review and won’t call this deceiver - this will save you a few months of your time and a lot of your nerves. Please spend 1 more hour and google - there are many really talented professional mechanics with hundreds of reviews and 4.8-4.9 rating. Don’t give your job to losers and scammers!
