Auto glass repair service near Pompano Beach, FL

Im a very busy person. so when my car window broke. i decided to look online for a auto glass repair center. I ran into Dinamic Auto Glass via google. i spoke with a man over the phone who quoted me 125 for the window with installation. i thought it was a good price but wanted to see if i could find a better price so i told the man that i would call back if there was nothing better. so i called a few more places they were all very pricey. so i ended up calling him back after about 15 mins. Again he assured me that the price for window and installation would be 125. i told him my brother would be there the following morning for there service. The following morning my brother calls me and tells me that they were trying to charge him 150 plus installation. i told him to give me a sec to call them and tell them that they had given me a price the day before for 125 with installation. After asking his name 3 or 4 times with no response the guy on the line tells me that the "other "guy (sounded like the same guy i talked to yesturday) they had earlier picking up the phone didnt know what he was talking about. Then gos on to tell me that im "BS". And that he cant give me that price. Me BS the coustomer wow! then hangs up on me....TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!! I called back and they never answered. Dont worry my review friends i called the auto glass repair across the street from Dinamic Auto Glass and told them what had happened they eneded up giving me a 80 price for the glass and installation. Booyaa in ur face Dinamic Auto Glass !!!! Hang that up! After having a friend call back and pretend to need there service i ended up getting names. Lazaro and Joe are the names of the men who gave me this horrible. service. DO NOT USE DINAMIC AUTO GLASS THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THERE CLIENTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! The only reason u get one star is because u picked up the phone!!!

Worst place to take your car. Don't make the mistake. I Order rims and tires. Henry said it would take 4 to 5 days. 8 days later rims came but no tires. Said that tires were the wrong size they would for sure do it next day (saturday) another guy called me next morning and said tires wont be here till monday. The owner was nowhere to be found. The worker called him and texted him and he wouldn't answer. I was very pissed off but I still made the mistake to give them a chance. Monday they did the job and it couldn't be worse. One of the mechanics told me on the phone the install the security lock in the wheels. They did not. They weren't going to give me my other ones back. Forgot to mention this is a brand new car 400 miles only. Ask them for the original locks and the mechanic gave them to me but not the rest of the nuts. Car making a lot of noise from the tires. A lot of vibration and found small pieces of metal on the rim like something is very wrong. They put on of the seats down to put the rims they took of and didnt put anything to cover brand new seats. One of the seats I can't get it back in place now. Called Henry and he said to go tomorrow to check it out. But I don't trust them. I will go pick up the security locks and take the car somewhere else for proper installation. Only thing you would get is a headache and bad service in this place. The won't give you you money back. I can take them to court but it will be cheaper to get the job done right with a professional.
