I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. This place is horrible!! I took my car for tires and balancing. While there I purchased an alignment. They asked for payment up front and said return in an hour. I didnt have a car so I walked around in same shopping center to kill time. I returned to find my car parked outside and the place CLOSED for the day. WTF!!! To top things off, my car was shaking like a blender when I went over 40mph. MAN MAN MAN!! I was so mad, I called the very next morning and they said they have no guarantee on there service. There paper receipt was only a card transaction recept!! I only have a small paper receipt that says my card was swiped, but nothing itemized, they said they dont give itemized receipts to people, only companies. Ive called my bank to file for stop payment. DO NOT GO HERE!! I had to share, so no one goes here, they are very unprofessional and crooks.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

Be careful with these guys, I brought my car to them with a overheating problem and they managed to get the car to not even start anymore. I even told them all it needed was a fan(which it still does). I was told my computer was bad so I would not be able to drive it without replacing it, with the excuse they were able to wire up my ignition to the battery to get it to start and "fix" the overheating issue. At the end of the day I spent over $500 dollars and had to tow my broken car away. Over the weekend I was able to fix this issue within 15 mins and get my car running by fixing the shorted wires on the computer they exposed and turning the key.... They had my car all week racking up hours for there so called "labor" and half ass repairs, will never go here again.
