My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

It is so unfortunate that usually the people that write reviews are the ones that had one bad experience or clashed with a sales rep. Now when they have a good experience they don't take the time to write about it. I have been to other Firestone location numerous times and have yet to have a problem. Like any place you go to where there are sales involved, the sales people are always going to try to push you a bit.....it's obvious! However, every single time I have been here, the guys have been super nice. There's no BS and they are very curteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you exactly why you need what you need. I have a Toyota Camry and took it to the dealer for my regular maintenance because it's free with them. The dealer recommended around $700 worth of maintenance. So I decided to go for a second opinion and went to my local Firestone. When I got there, Johnny, the store manager, assisted me, along with David. I told them I wanted an inspection to see what they would recommend. I was a little apprehensive after reading the previous review thinking I was going to get a laundry list of things. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what my car needed. All my fluids were up to date and all they recommended was a tire rotation and an alignment. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind for a future visit but told me I was in no hurry. They basically saved me $600 of expenses on worthless repairs that were not needed for my car yet. And best of all, I was only in there for about 40 minutes, including the estimate and what was done to my car. They even suggested that next time I make an appointment if I was in a rush. So, as a woman I love this place! Knowing that they take the time to show me why my car needs something is great. Great service! Highly recommend!

I feel truly blessed to have found this company. They can -and do, build Mercedes-Benz autos from scratch! I thought I would never enjoy my '97 SL 500 again but now I am motoring happily. Could not be happier!

Don't listen to the negative reviews, I just got my vehicle fixed by them, My nissan could not run better. They listen to you and they know how important your car is. These guys deserve recognition, My nissan is now fixed and I can finally drive to work safely. Best and most trustworthy mechanics in South Florida.

Not sure about the other reviews but I need to say that I have been a repeat customer for over 30 years and there is no other mechanic I trust more than Mr Audie and his wife keeps the business running smoothly. I bring all my cars here and so does my family and friends for many years

Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recommended replacement of the compressor. Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

El Señor Betancourt respondió el teléfono, yo le avise que estaba llamando de una oficina de abogados. En referencia a un señor llamando "Steve" y le explique hasta como luce y me dijo que si, el trabaja allí. Cuando empecé a describir lo que había ocurrido (El Steve se enfrento a mi cliente en una manera agresiva hoy) El Señor no me dejo ni terminar mi oración cuando me empezó a interruptir y me llamo "un animal"... yo soy una mujer muy respetuosa y como abogada, actuó en una manera no solamente ética pero con mucho respeto, especialmente a las personas mayores como el Señor Betancourt, lamentablemente no merece ningún respeto porque el si trata a las personas como animales. Me imagino que este negocio este haciendo cosas ilegales porque le dio un ataque al señor. Muy sospechoso con su reacción y de verdad no tiene el ninguna educación porque yo nunca le dije nada feo, solo le explique la situación que ocurrió. El simplemente me pudiera haber dicho que no, pero al contrario no sabía ni cómo comportarse. Por favor no vayan acá porque tratan a las personas muy mal sin ninguna necesidad. Una lastima, tan viejo y todavia sin educacion.

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!
