I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

Blvd Customs team installed a system on my 2010 F150. It was the cleanest install I have seen, everyone that sees it loves it. I just want to thank them for great customer service. I will definitely refer them to friends! The install included Remote start alarm system, LEDs inside and out, 3 DVD players, 2 12" subs in a custom box, Mids and highs, and Ipod hook ups!!!!

Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

This company is a scam. Paid for a service and warranty in which they didn't complete either. Paid for a rebuild and only got parts replaced. Tony told me they were rebuilding my cvt transmission when in reality all they did was replace the valve body and cones. SIX months later it went out again they had it for two and a half months and it still wasn't fixed. Had to have it towed to a reputable company to have it fixed right which cost me more money on top of what I paid them to do in the first place

Dropped of my car at 10:00 AM. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
