Brake repair service near Rotonda West, FL

Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

I made an appointment on Saturday showing an 8:00am appointment available on Tuesday. Received call and email this morning (Monday) that that time was not available. If the system had not let me make the appointment I would have made another with someone else. 3 days of time now lost.

Extremely friendly and helpful folks starting at the front office and continuing with the owner/operator Walt and his team. I arrived without an appointment for an unexpected and much-needed repair. After a brief wait, the problem was fixed and weeks later I can confirm there are no issues. Friendly folks and great quality service. I will be back. Jim T. Punta Gorda, FL

Absolutely horrible service. I went in for two new tires, and he came back in and threw the handle on the desk to my driver door. He claimed it wasn't his fault even though there wasn't anything wrong with it to start with, I was in for new tires. He refused to pay for it. Later I also noticed a scratched hubcap and a scratch on my car he did. It cost $120 to fix the handle. Months later he came in my work at Publix and harassed me while I was his cashier for leaving a bad review, even though he did horrible work with a horrible attitude (acted like he wanted to fight me and kept yelling at me). This is definitely not a Christian environment or a competent mechanic, take your business elsewhere if you value your vehicle.

Car was running horribly. Chris took it in and was able to repair it in 10 minutes. He didn't even charge me . Thanks guys , I will certailny be back for my next oil change and repairs.

I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great! Once again, Thank you Ron for your integrity and professional service

They showed up ultra-fast and had us ready to enjoy our vacation quickly. It takes a skilled technician to fix a vehicle on the side of the road. The tech also cleared some ABS / Engine codes that a previous mechanic said were expensive to repair. No issues and very happy with the results. The price and convenience were hands down the best! Joe is a crook. Doesn’t do what he is supposed to do. Charges a lot for not much. Go elsewhere and save yourself some aggravation and wasted time. See yelp reviews and someone else is basically saying the same thing. You are a looser joe!.
