Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.

Excellent service! The 30% over really boost power and are great quality. Customer service was top of the line, and emails responses were prompt, clear, and always helpful. Parts were shipped on time and received in excellent condition. The core return process was smooth and easy.

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

Came in to check noise from front brakes. I feared the worst since its my wifes car. After they checked it out found I only needed front pads everything else was good. Price was really good for high quality ceramic pads. I will start using this shop for both of our cars.

This place is the biggest rip off ever. They screwed me bigtime. I scratched a bumper on a mazda 3 and they charged me for a new bumper and a mud guard??? WTF I have never seen a bigger rip off than this. 900.00 dollars for a 3 inch scratch on a bumper. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. They are the biggest scumbags in jacksonville. I used EJ for auto repair services at first I assumed I had no problems but over time their were alot of red flags I soon realized he maybe was overcharging me for repairs on my car that I might haven't needed but there was no way to verify that I just took his word for it because I assumed he was a honest business man, I didn't think he was a predator preying on women to steal their money when they come to his shop for help with their vehicle needs but I acquired a auto loan from my bank in February 2022 he assured me he could get a deal on a vehicle because the bigger dealers would just continue to overcharge me so I I trusted him with the task so from February until now now August 22 I have been waiting on a vehicle or a refund he supposedly acquired 3 different vehicles but none ever manifested there was always an issue when it came time to deliver so I'm at the point where I need a vehicle for work and my children need a ride to school so I stressing this to him he assured me he would do what's right for his customer he preceeded to cut me a check to pay back the bank a week later the check comes back from a frozen/blocked account so I let him know and the bank manager who is trying to get him to do what's right as well we both reach out to him know hes deliberately ignoring our attempts to rectify the situation that he put everyone in they gave him a 22,000 check to purchase me a vehicle he stole the money to serve his selfish pleasures and now he's acting as if we're bothering him for no good reason and he stole 1000 from me for a down-payment towards a vehicle which he has yet to pay as he said he would it's all lies he was just buying time to fine his way out but I say to anyone if your a woman take your husband and make sure he gives you a legit receipt because he's very sneeky and will lie and doctor paperwork and have you paying for stuff you may not need he's a crook and I'm not sure how he can look at his self and be ok with doing good people wrong every dollor he asked me to pay I paid they he turns around and steals 23,000 from me its pathetic he needs to be in jail support black business as they rob you.

Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn, like a medicine bottle; they clearly just wrenched it off, tool marks were obvious). Refused to replace it, claiming it just broke spontaneously. Wanted me to pay them to order one from another state, and wait a week for it to come in. I bought a new one at an auto parts store the same day, for half of what they wanted to charge me for the privilege of having them break it. They took no responsibility, and offered nothing to make it right. AVOID.

The worse! Poor Customer services and horrible install job. Wanted to upgrade my factory system in my Charger. I purchased speakers prior to the install but purchased an amp to help push the new speakers. 2 hours turned into 6 hours. Left with a downgraded sound and a nail in my tire from the dirty shop. Mike I believe his name is, got nasty with me once I informed him I wasnt satisfied with his work. I paid 500 bucks for 3 speakers to work?? Insane! NEVER GO HERE! I wish I could give this place zero stars, one isnt deserved at all!

Stranded on the side of road when all transmission fluid leaked out of non tightened drain plug. Midas said to try and drive car to midas with no transmission fluid on dip stick. Towed to midas. Lady got nail in tire. Took to midas under road hazard. Tire is fine, could not find a thing. Tire still leaking air took back. Tire is fine they said again, still leaking air. Took back third time, said they found it. Still leaking air. Took back 4th time, they finally fixed it. I have security lug nuts on wheels. Special socket was taped to end of lug wrench with electrical tape before we got tires from midas. Lady stranded again when she hit debris in the road. Opened trunk to find lug wrench missing special socket and tape from end. Had to go to advanced auto to buy a socket. Of course you have to buy the complete lug set for $40. Thanks midas. Took tire into midas for replacement under warranty. Compained to manager about missing socket. manager said they never use customer sockets, they have their own, i asked him why did they call me then and ask me where i kept my socket for my wheels. I asked the manager to give me one of his sockets so I could return the set to advanced auto. He had 3 in his hand. He gives me the oldest one and keeps the new looking ones, probably one of which was mine. Stay far away from this place.

Wife involved in wreck 6/18/2018 when someone turned in front of her resulting in heavy front end damage, none to rear. Took 10 weeks to get car back. When I got it back I found heavy scratch marks on trunk lid from tow driver dragging magnetic brake light bar off lid resulting in $308 in damage. ASAP would not accept responsibility so I am out the money! I have photos of the damage. It was not there when they towed. Owner said stuff flies over car when collisions occur. Nothing here did! I have dashcam video as proof. I should look into small claims court! Caveat Emptor! They will shaft you if they can! Photograph every part of your car before they tow so they can't worm their way out of their responsibility!
