This location charged me $35 for a tire patch. I saw the patch it wasn't made of gold. I went to this location only because I had a time constraint and didn't have time to go elsewhere. They also just installed these tires a month ago and balanced them. After 3 attempts I took it back to the dealer to balance because GoodYear just couldn't get it correct. This location always charges more than most other locations and the service quality generally is below expectation. If you have time research and go elsewhere.

Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!
