I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. Customer stated, tinting window 35% windshield and 20% 2 front windows would offer a dark no see-through from outside to inside car. It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.

I had DAVE the owner detail my 2005 Lifted Excursion that is in MINT CONDITION. One of Dave's employees used ACID on my Weld Racing Chrome Rims. They etched the rims and they are ruined. $2,500.00 of rims trashed. Dave made payments (he must not have insurance) he paid $200.00 towards the $2,500.00 He has stopped making payments and has abandoned me. I would not allow him to touch my car for fear that he would trash it as well. You will be left out in the cold. Stay clear of this company.

3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

I waited 7 hours to have a hitch installed. I was told this would take 1-2 hours on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 3-4 hours. From a customer service-satisfaction standpoint, this was utterly rediculous. I was informed someone had car trouble and that was the reason they were understaffed. It amazed me that I arrived at 8 a.m. and there was a constant stream of individuals in and out of the facility. They chose to keep "me" waiting and help everyone else that walked through the door as opposed to me .. the person who had an appointment. Needless to say I plan on informing as many people as possbile about my experience. This ended up costing me over $500 more for relocation due to the fact I had to stay an additional night in Orlando. I have never repsponded on line to any service received in the past. This was so unacceptable on so many different levels I don't even know where to begin... customer service, lack of respect of my time and planning, poor judgement, incosideration of "any" customers time, poor appointment scheduling, failure to execute any completion time set forth and the list continues. I move every couple of months due to work and I will pay double before I ever use the UHaul facility on Orange Blossom again.

An exceptionally bad experience with this dealer, from the outset they just lied and continued to lie and deceive. We wanted to purchase a Dodge Ram Diesel truck from them, we sent specific questions about a particular truck, they replied with obviously whatever they thought they should say that would secure them the sale. This review may be long and detailed, however I strongly suggest you read it all. Everything I say here is 100% true and Greenway are welcome to sue if anything is not 100% correct, so they will not. We are based in the UK and felt we should be able to trust a Dodge main dealer, just how wrong we were!! It was lie upon lie, the condition of the truck was just so wrong compared to their description. To give an example, we asked for pictures, in one we noticed that the rear bumper appeared to be bent, so we asked if this was the case, we also pointed out that if it was it was not a problem, we would just order a new bumper, they then lied and said it was perfect. The truck was shipped to us in the UK and when it arrived, yes it was bent and the body was pushed in where it had been bent, so they lied deliberately! We asked them to fit some extras on the truck that we paid for, they charged us and told us they were using GENUINE Dodge parts, they did not, they sent it out to someone else to do the work and charged us for genuine Dodge parts. We paid them in advance by wire transfer for the truck and they forgot (either deliberately or just incompetent) to pay off the bank, so we had to wait over a month whilst they got round to paying the bank off to get the clear title, no clear title and we would not be able to ship it to the UK. There is a list of emails sent to Greenway Dodge, I am more than happy to send copies to anyone who asks so you will see exactly who you are dealing with.
