Great Mechanic and Great Guy!!!
Dave Wallace is not only a great mechanic but also a great guy! Caring, fair and a good listener! We've bought several of our vehicles to him for repair and general maintenance and have been very happy with the work performed and the price! Highly recommend Wallace Automotive! Mary Ellen

Clutch cable. Neutral switch
Dave was fantastic fantastic fantastic!!!!! Did I happen to mention FANTASTIC. Brought my 2003 ford ranger in for repairs. My truck was from New England so the underside had some "rust". So ok a lot of rust. Dave spent some time banging the rust away to get at the switch. He DID IT. Dave I know you worked hard on my truck. I just want you to know that it didn't go unnoticed. I was so impressed with what you charged me. You are an honest man, very customer oriented. A nice person all the way around. You need work. Call Dave. He's the man for the job. Thanks again Dave

Brakes, Tune Up, Struts
Our car was in need of lots of repair so we looked into replacing it but decided we couldn't afford it right now. A friend recommended Wallace Automotive in Deland so we brought our car there. We had to have new front and rear struts, all new brakes, new steering pump, a complete tune-up and he even replaced our door handles all at a reasonable price. Our car has not run this good in years. We may never have to replace it. Thank-you Wallace Automotive!

I've been going to Wallace Automotive for about 7 years now. I won't trust my 2 BMWs anywhere else. I know the job is always going to be done right at a very fair price. I've never been disappointed. Dave absolutely "gets" that if you treat the customer like gold, they'll come back...again and again and again. Hard to find that these days. This guy and this shop is a real winner Mike L - CPA

Auto Repair
It is awesome to know an honest technician who does only know what needs to be done, but offers his services at a fair price. Another rare quality in Dave if you provide the part he only charges labor that my friend is hard to find. Dave does his very best to diagnose your problem first time out though like in many repairs he never knows when a greater problem will be found. In closing if you want someone who is honest and good Dave is your man.
