They were nice, easy to understand, prompt, inexpensive and overall very good to work with. They towed my car today and I am very pleased with everything. Next time I break down they will be my first call. Excellent job guys. Oh and I had Justin. He was awesome.

Took my Saab there with error message about gear box. It would not start for me but did eventually. There is a new owner who assured me he was a good Saab mechanic then told me all I needed was a change of spark plugs and filters. He also told me he had done diagnostics and everything was fine. He also changed out a worn strut. He charged over $800. Two weeks later I broke down in the middle of University when I came to a stop light with the same error message. I had it towed to another shop and they replaced the sensor for $150 and works great now. The previous owner was a great Saab mechanic but not this new guy.

I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great!
