I would NOT recommend this business because they do not honor their quotes. They charged me $200 more than they quoted me. I will NEVER use them again.

These men will rip you off. My car drove into their shop, after the mechanic test drove my car car said it would no longer run. The only piece of paper I signed was for a $500 diagnostic fee. They put a $4000 transmission in my car that I did not approve nor sign for. I told them to take it out and put my transmission back in, at which point they told me "we can't, your transmission is in a million pieces." They also informed me that if I was not buying thier transmission I was not getting my car back. They now have a lien on my car and will not give it back. I have filed with the BBB as well as the state of Florida. I strongly suggest you do not take your car here. I will be pursuing legal action. I want my car back.

I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great! I'm so glad I found Gregg's! When the Service Engine light had come on recently, took my car to MINI of Ft Myer who had "diagnosed" my car with a list of items and a $1,400 repair bill. Brought my car to Gregg's, and he checked it all out and found a battery I'd bought recently at a big box store hadn't been properly installed. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape. He saved me over $1,300!!! I'm a disabled woman on a fixed income, and that meant a LOT to me. I won't take my car anywhere else now. If you want an HONEST mechanic, Gregg is the guy! They even picked me up and dropped me back at home while I waited for my car, then came to get me when it was ready. Gregg called and told me he'd checked everything on my car from bumper to bumper and it was in excellent mechanical condition. If you need your car repaired or even just an inspection to make sure it's all good, Gregg is your go-to guy. I will never go anywhere else now!

I just had my 2008 SRX Cadillac serviced at your store # 1066 today 6/20/2012 And wanted to commet on the cost, which came to $96.89 which I think is excessive. My son in law gets his 2010 Cadillac Escalade with the north star engine ghanged at the dealership for $ 63.00 And my engine is the 6 cyl. not the north star engine. I have taken my truck to your facillity for several years and had it serviced with no problems with pricing. They charge $ 7.99 for a extra quart which I think is more than fair, so at $ 7.99 a quart at regular 5 quarts would be $ 40.00 so they must charge $ 45.00 for the oil filter and the service?
