Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

I made an appointment on Saturday showing an 8:00am appointment available on Tuesday. Received call and email this morning (Monday) that that time was not available. If the system had not let me make the appointment I would have made another with someone else. 3 days of time now lost.

Extremely friendly and helpful folks starting at the front office and continuing with the owner/operator Walt and his team. I arrived without an appointment for an unexpected and much-needed repair. They were honest with me, provided superb service, great prices, and the staff I met were friendly and very knowledgeable. Mike, the owner, is not only a man of his word but also goes the extra mile. After doing extensive labor, Mike determined I needed a new fuel pump. I wasn't prepared for such an expensive repair and was in the middle of moving, so I paid for the labor but declined to get it fixed that day, also wondering if I should sell the car. Mike said that if/when I was ready to get the new pump, he'd replace the fuel pump without charging labor. Months later, I decided it would be cheaper to pay for a new fuel pump than buy another car. Mike stood by his offer and he put in a new pump. Plus, he drove it home just to make sure there were no signs of gas leaks etc. I'm so glad I decided to get it fixed--the car is super peppy and drives like a brand new car! In fact, it has never driven this well in all the time I've had it. He is an excellent mechanic, ethical, and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!

The folks at Nott's automotive are as honest, reliable, friendly and professional as they come. I brought my 2006 Expedition in for an intermittent issue I was having. They spent several hours of the course of two days troubleshooting and trying to replicate the issue. They were unable to replicate the issue I was having and their conclusion was that culprit could have been bad gasoline. They also informed me that my brakes were just fine, after Tire Kingdom told me that it was "urgent" that they be replaced. They refused to take any money from me for their time. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, you couldn't ask for a better shop than this. I recommend them to everyone I know in the area.

I was recommended to this place by my buddy and it did not disappoint. My previous BMW service was a big dealership that allows seemed to want to sell me a new BMW rather than fix my current ride (328i). But at Quality Driven (off Sawyer rd), Jeremy clearly explained any and all issues along with their severity and recommendations moving forward, serviced my ride, and advised me on how to improve my car's life. I felt like he genuinely cared about my car without charging me an arm and a leg.

Just had my wife’s mini-van transmission rebuilt by these guys. I was very worried when my normal auto shop could not fix the massive transmission fluid leak which was also ruining our driveway. I was debating what to do next when a neighbor recommended Mannys Transmissions to me.
