You have my word on it!! ? First I will tell you that your car is too dangerous to drive, and I will not let you leave my shop without me repairing the fake and made up repairs. I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? We will charge you for work that is not done to your car, and have no problem lying directly to your face. We at Tilden won’t install any new parts into your car because we don’t take out any old parts….this is a big part of my scam! ? You all are fools and that you do not know anything about auto repair. We’re big on bait and switch; it’s a great money maker. ? At the end you will be furious with all tactics and lies I use to rip you off. I do not care one bit about you or your families’, or the public’s safety for that matter. ALL I WANT IS YOUR MONEY period and I will do and say anything I have to get it from your wallet or purse! Remember, you’re all fools!! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK when I’m caught and this I promise you!! ? When I lie I don’t remember what I say or to whom I’ve said it to. That does not bother me at all; my MO is that I make things up as I go along. ? I am counting and “banking your money lol” that you do not take me to court; this is how I make my money by ripping you off. I mean who has the time to go to court, pay more money for the forms and then take time out of work to appear. I promise you that I will lie in court as the laws of Florida do not apply to me lol. The law makers are fools!! ? Go and complain to the BBB or the Florida AG office, all I have to do is deny that any of this ever happened and they will close the case. LOL, the system is perfectly rigged for a guy like me…I love it…SWEET!! Ha Ha Ha ? All I had to do was pay for the franchise fee: of only $29,900 from the President of Tilden Car Care, Robert Baskind (New York). Bob does not care at all how I run my scam business as he already got his money. I promise you that he will do nothing at all about your complaints when I flat out lie and steal from you. ? We do not care about repeat customers, just let me screw you over once and I’m happy, I’ve done my job. I just move on to the next one that’s all. i do not write reviews normally,,,but i read them a lot so i wanted to give one to this firestone. lake worth rd and jog. their honest! ive bought tires for all 3 of my vehicles here.-they rotate them for free during every oil change. & they always offer coupon rates when i forget mine or when they have one available that i was unaware of- alignments and oil change and tires GREAT HOMETOWN SERVICE! I recommend every FEMALE whos tired of being ripped off to visit this particular Firestone Auto Care!

I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

This Midas location is less than 5 minutes from my house so I always use them. Not just for the convienience, but for the guys that run it, and the excellent service they provide. They remember my name, my car, and my wife. One day I dropped my car off to be serviced and was waiting for my wife to get out of work to pick me up. One of the mechanics shift was over so he offered to run me up the street to my house. They remember what service you got last time you were in and ask you how its been working out for you. They are very honest and straight forward. If you need something done you didn't know about they will let you know and give you an estimate, as well as a timeline for which you should have it done. These guys are very nice and they work fast. Midas is not the little oil change chain I thought it was. Its an actual garage, with many services available for a great value.

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!

i called and told them year make and model,they told me $69.00 after the service they charged me$93.27 when i asked them why they said it took more oil than they thought and they charged me $9.00 for washer fluid. what a rip off then i look at my receipt and they checked that they checked for services they didn't do like air pressure ,vacuum and wiper blades i know they didn't i was right there. rip off rip off rip off
