Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! Firestone repairs estimate of $2,600 (including $1,300 in parts). Googled up parts and found them available for a third the price at known auto parts stores. Ended up taking car to another shop where repairs were made at a total cost of $740 (parts and labor included). Such price gouging should be illegal.

The service was excellent!

went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"
