Collision repair service near West Hollywood, FL

What a great experience I took my 2009 Mercedes S550 to get repaired the service was great. They called with status updates and its also a one stop shop enterprise and geico are there it was perfect. I did read all the bad reviews so I was a little worried but from the moment I walked in I realized they must be under new management, and I was told that they are. I would recommend anyone who has a claim with Geico to take it to this shop you wont regret it.

I feel truly blessed to have found this company. They can -and do, build Mercedes-Benz autos from scratch! I thought I would never enjoy my '97 SL 500 again but now I am motoring happily. Could not be happier!

Efficient!

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. All I know is that if I can help just 1 person by leaving this review advising them NOT to trust this auto shop than that helps ME sleep better at night. Additionally, I know in my heart that they might not pay for what they did to me (and probably others) here on earth, but there is a place that we all know where they will pay because what goes around comes around!!!

I had gone to this place for a few small repairs. Fairly priced but they were always late. The owner Richard did not follow through on the last job because he simply didn't know how to do it and when I asked why he started the job in the first place he became very disrespectful. You get what you paid for. Wouldn't recommend

Worst service ever, I took my truck in because Geico forced me to use them. I was hit from behind and took the car there because again I was given no choice. They called me a few days later and said my car was ready, when I get there the bumper was supposedly replaced and had chips on the upper right hand and left hand corners but the accident occurred on the bottom left? I told them it was unacceptable and that I need it fixed. I also told them that going to their body shop was very inconvenient for me so to please not call me until it was completely repaired. I was called the same day to come and pick up my car, I was unable to so after a long fight and after they threatened to charge me for the rental, they said fine that they would deliver the car. Needless to say no one delivered the car. Last I spoke to them we confirmed that if I could not go on the next day that I would be there on Monday morning to pick up my car. I appeared on Monday morning and they said your car is not ready! So I waited around approximately 45 minutes and guess what? They tried to patch up the work and it looked even worse! So at this point I had to leave again after 3 trips to their site in Doral when I live in Pinecrest! Now of course at this point it has been 4 days and not a word from the body shop. Basically I had to call them and ask when will I have my car back? They are supposedly delivering it to me well guess what that was over an hour ago and have yet to hear from them or see my car!!!!!!! I guess I will call again since they are extremely unprofessional and did horrible body work twice on my car!!!!!

The worst body shop in all of Miami. Timely, expensive, and horrid customer service. You will not be pleased with their craftsmanship.

Stay away. While my vehicle was being repaired (shoddily) they broke something else. South Motors will not take responsibility for this damage. I brought in my car to have a quarter panel replaced which required South Motors to remove the convertible part. In short they are making lots of excuses and finally told me to file a complaint with BBB. I should have looked on line (for reviews) instead of trusting State Farm and South Motors Collision Center. I thought i was the only one they'd done this to. I really don't feel safe putting my babies in and driving it.
