I broke down on the road, Scott the Manager towed my car in for free. The experience was very Stress Free... The Cost was great with and with the 10% discount was even better. And they checked my engine and topped all fluids for FREE! I highly recommend A & S Expert Transmission to all my friends and family and anyone who needs an experienced Transmission Company that was above and beyond my expectations.

Jeremy had replaced an alternater on my daughters car a few yrs ago so I knew he did good work and was very professional and reliable!!! I needed my ignition switch repaired and he was very efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend his services and would definately use him again should I ever need auto repair work done in the future.

I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it!
