I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

I already went into detail on Facebook. But completely incompetent diagnostics team. Charged me a fortune and couldn’t find the problem. A quick google video and 5 minutes of my time and I ended up figuring out it was the hydro boost. The owner agreed to send me a check for 150 bucks and that never even happened. That was like back last year sometime. Honestly they should refund me the entire thousand bucks. The owner thinks he lost time and money on some fire extinguishers. Well I lost thousands and time not being able to complete jobs while my truck was down for no reason….. This place used to be amazing….

I took my car to get a pcv assembly and they cut wires and broke my ignition bracket and never said a word. Only reason I found out I took a look at the work they did.

They seem to forget the discount for residents of my community and need to be reminded though I have come there for 8 years or so. When I left this time the injector cleaner hadn’t been purged. White smoke and couldn’t get over 10-15 mph. A bit of a scare. Oh and $35 for a rear window wiper. Nice people though

Job was finished in the same day regardless of the issues they kept finding. Taking videos, pictures and explaining the problems with vehicles is a huge plus! Helps trusting mechanics and with explanation. Communication is amazing. I always get calls or text about what is going on. Everything being online and digital also makes the experience better.

I have been going to Inlign for years. I have always felt that I got what I paid for, at a fair price. They have bailed me out of some tough spots, above and beyond their duty. First time I used them I was in the hospital because I passed out while driving. They got my car towed to them, put on two tires and rims, all without meeting me! All over the phone! Who else does that? That's why I keep going back, for that level of professionalism.

I had a problem with my air conditioner not blowing any air hot or cold . I took it to 2 a/c car repair shops.still couldn’t find the problem even after 2 diagnostics at my cost. Went to Inlign Automotive and they found the problem, fixed it at a cost that put a smile on face and lots of cold air. Thank you Team. I will return

I asked them to balance the rear tires of my truck and apparently they did nothing, in terms of the time they took to supposedly do the job, it was too much, the result is very disappointing for me, I would not recommend their service.

Went to change the oil and the filter. They came back saying the battery is too old must be changed… I been handed an invoice worth than a grocery list. Took a close look on each item, astonished! I ask Tim Jenkins “owner” they forgot to list the air I been breathing while waiting for my car and the ink used to print the invoice. I call that pic-pocket. He apologize and asked his guy to take off $68.56 of no sense items. I will never go back and never recommend this business to anyone. Dishonest to the marrows.
